Export from Phorest.

Tangled reads Phorest's Sales Transactions export as it is.

1. Sign in to Phorest as a manager.
2. Go to Manager > Reports > Additional Reports > Financial > Sales Transactions.
3. Pick your date range and download the report as CSV. (Or use Manager > Business > CSV Export: click + New Export, set the dates, wait for the status to say Done, then click the download icon.)
4. Upload it to Tangled. Sign in, then click Upload CSV / PDF (top right of the analytics page). Check the Import bar under the tabs, then open the Daily tab.

Each line counts at its net value (after discount, before VAT/tax). Services count as service sales, products as retail, tips are kept separate, and refunds are subtracted. Vouchers and courses are not counted as revenue until they are used.

Phorest's support articles list the fields but don't give the exact column headers, so Tangled accepts common header names. If your file doesn't import, send it to us and we'll add your layout.
